Damaged/Defective Item(s)
If you receive a damaged or defective item
from us, please contact us at
return@edaymovie.com
or fill out the
form below within 14 days of
delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If a return is authorized, we will provide you with a RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning
the defective item(s) to us. Damaged/defective item(s) must be
received within 15 business days after the RMA authorized to you
via e-mail.
After we received the returns, we will examine and test the defective item(s).
If the defect you described is found, we will ship a replacement of the defective item(s)
to you.
We will also responsible for the returning shipping cost (for regular Air Mail returns ONLY) by issuing an
Edaymovie coupon to you.
Please be reminded that we will ONLY bear your returning shipping cost if the package is returned by
regular Air Mail. We'll NOT responsible for the returning
shipping cost for all other returns via
Express Mail, registered Air Mail or Courier services.
If the package was returned other than regular Air Mail, Edaymovie.com reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Air Mail return.
Please note that damaged/defective items can only be exchanged for a
replacement of the same title. The return processing
generally takes 2-3 weeks to process, we'll notify you via
e-mail once the return has been received and processed. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Unopened/In Original Packing Item(s)
We also accept returns for unopened item(s) that are in their
original packing, is not damaged or scratched and in good
condition.
Please note however, Edaymovie.com will not be
responsible for the returning shipping cost.

A $1.95 per item restocking fee will be applied, the refund will
issue as an
Edaymovie store credit coupon via e-mail once we've
received the returns. However, shipping and handling charge of the order will
not be refunded. |

Unsatisfied Item(s)
We apologize that we're unable to accept or authorize any return
/ exchange if you claimed that the quality of the product (such
as picture quality, audio quality, subtitle translation,
package) is not satisfy with you since they are produced and
published by the publishers / manufacturers and this is out of
our control for this reason. |
