Director Michael Mak, who worked on his brother's 'Long Arm Of The Law', returns to the mean street of Hong Kong for a second hard-boiled Asian thriller. Three cops are sent into Hong Kong posing as illegal immegrants. Their mission is to infiltrate the Mainland Chinese criminal syndicate. With the help of a local informer, the trio manage to achieve their goals. After he is brutally murdered, they are given the chance to join a planned bank robbery.
