1913 was a turbulent year in China. Patriotic Tso Wan (Lin Ching Hsia), daughter of a warlord, joined the underground liberation movement. They run into a greedy singer, Sheung Hung (Cherie Chung), who flees with the general's jewels after his collapse. Pak Neil (Sally Yeh) is the daughter of an owner of a Peking opera troupe. Her break comes when the leading actors disappear all of a sudden. The debut of Pak Neil and Sheung Hung is a great success. When General Tso invites them for dinner at his home, that gives the revolutionaries the golden opportunity to complete their mission.
